Penny appears to be the go to provider in Toledo. I have not had Penny yet but heard she is the best in town. If she was your provider, how would you rate her?

Well, I've heard she's not a dollar short. Almost went to see her several weeks ago but ended up in Warren instead into the waiting arms of Fantacy Kelly.
