Trying to understand, but why is it that extra care services cost double compared to other areas of the country, except for Hawaii? Is demand that high? Or, is the quality that much better?

It really depends on what extra servies you talking about. Some members dont know any better and others dont care how much more they pay because they have money to burn or dont visit that the amp often.

Demand high or better quality? The only reason I could think of is that Vegas, Hawaii and San Diego are considered hot spots for vacationers or tourists.

The average traveler to Vegas drops 500 to 600 hundred here on a visit. Add in the guys who win and the proverb "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" guys expect to pay a little more for the "HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras" especially if this is a once or twice a year trip (conventions, bachelor parties etc). They bank usually 1K for the trip. At 40 million visitors a year it only takes a small % to pay that extra cash and therefore inflate costs. Hope this helps.

When compared to how much the girls at the casino bars charge the amp is a good deal for the tourist, especially since it includes the massage. Which in turn drives up the price for the rest of us. I was really surprised when I went to CA and experience the significantly lower prices. FS for $100 where I have been in places here where they try to get that for HJ.
