After a recent trip to the great state of Michigan, I've realized that Minnesota has gone so backwards in what a real MP experience should be like that I am now ashamed to admit to fellow hobbiests/mongers that I am from Minnesota.
The storefront places over there had me remembering what the good old days were like around here. The prices were much better and services were top notch. I wonder if things will ever get straightened out around here or will things just continue to decline (i.e. self-service, etc.)

Ugly chicks trying to play basketball, no thanks.
Hey Cities Boy, maybe it's time for you to run for whatever office is in charge of AMPs..mayor? Governor? Chief of police? Whatever gets the job done...
Just curious Cities Boy, where in Michigan were you? I've visited a few places in the Rochester Hills area and have been quite disappointed. But Jackson is a different story...

You are right - Jackson is a different story. So is Grand Rapids and Lansing...
