you go to a place pay cover charge of 70 lets say dont you expect to be upsold or required to tip?

or would you rather be told the flat rate upfront?
i never wanted to be an upsell place but having been getting the buis lately?

either way @ my place you are paying the same fee and have not had any complaints on the price yet.

im thinking the price is over 100+ clearly stated in the ad is why some people arent calling or coming in, but we are doing well enough.

my place dosent have reviews and i dont want them word of mouth is good enough . last thing i need it to be plastered with reviews and then closed

For some a flat rate with no tip would be easier knowing exactly how much cash to bring, but for
me I like the idea of a starting fee then, depending on how much I like the girl, to move on to more than just HJ and possibly full service and the tip goes up from there. If I'am not really into the girl then just the regular HJ and a $40.00 tip.
Glad business is good for you.
I'am curious how you keep from being reviewed?

I'm a fan of the set price. But I'm also willing to pay for overtime.

Knowing my demographic and being independent , I keep a flat rate because I know they'll want the upgrades the minute I lay my hands down and work, I've done several experiments with low intro the results are the same for me.
years have proved it.
Even if I have a special.
Not everyone can pull that off. If its a parlor low is the way to go.
it's the nature of them to have options to choose from

Why change it.

I prefer a flat rate. Not only does it make it easy so I know how much to bring for what I want, but the negotiating can ruin the mood because then I am wondering if I could of gotten it for less. Not that I want to be cheap, but this can be an expensive hobby. Up front I know what I am paying for and what to expect.

You must state flat rate and even add that no tips are necessary. The reason is this....it has been my experience that girls have said say 120 flat and then when you open the menu at the end, you discover the HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras are a la carte. They always say"Massagey flat rate, boom-boom extra."
