the area isn't that bad. I'd say it might even be a little better than M-1. I didn't see anyone shady loitering around or panhandling on my visit, and I have seen that at M-1 before. Finding the parking can be tough though. If you turn into the residential street right after passing the strip Sunrise is in, you'll see soon see another drive on your right. At first, it looks like a private driveway, but it leads to the rear parking.
