I just wanted to find out the correct way to use my loyalty cards. I have two that are almost filled up. My question: are both the house fee and tip for the provider waived, making the visit completely free/comp? If so, is it then a no no to tip the provider? Those cards are only good for house fee. Still have to tip the girl. On a side note, mama takes a percentage of the tip whenever one of those cards are used.
