provider names

trust me im gulity of this as well when i was a newbie..
but i think we should be doing a better job of getting
the names of the provider..without it the review really doesnt help..
am i right?

I always ask their name, I think it makes it more intimate.. It's an ice-breaker.. trade names, you know? I mean how could you not ask their name? And for the tip, how could you not remember their name!
