Great place! I go there a couple times a week. There are very comfortable clean couches in the theater. I've had the pleasure of joining a few couples there and even a couple of ladies that have come in by themselves. There is a lot of M/M action throughout the day, (not my preference), but if you hangout long enough there is the chance of a couple coming in or single lady. Even when it's a single lady the men are very respectful of boundaries. The glory holes are covered, but not needed based on how respectful people are in the theater.
