This is a friendly neighborhood bar and hangout for expats and tourists. The owner is an American from Illinois and the location is in a very safe part of town. There isn't too much talent here. On occasion a date will be found here but many times they are already with someone. Feel free to stop by for a minute to shoot the shit as you may be able to start drinking here and meet some people that will point you in the right direction or you might just find a date.
